# Do you guys find it impossible at times to fall asleep

i tend to want to fall asleep so badly i feel drawn to sleepbut as soon as i nod off i instantly wake in a jolt fear like panic i don even fall asleep its so frustrating body says yes brain says no  
its horrible

i got mono in 2016 and i have been struggling with sleep ever since.
