Hi all, just a quick discussion about a product called "Sleepy" by Lush, it is a body lotion which is made from natural ingredients to aid getting to sleep and having a restful sleep. I was bought some for Christmas and found that it does work for me, the only down side I have found is that I have exoerienced quite vivid dreams but I consider that a good thing.
My daughter told me they discontinued it at one point but a lot of people who used it for insomnia contacted the manufacturers telling them how helpful it was and as a result they started producing it again.
May be worth a try if you struggle with sleep?
