Do you think this is herpes? Already saw de doctor and im confuse

So I have a really long story of bacterial and fungal infections but I dont know what I have now.
I went to the doctor and he told me it was herpes, but last year I tested for it and came back negative (no new sexual partners since), so im not sure he’s right, he didnt want to run new tests and didnt really care about what Iam saying… even made a mistakes writing the recipe…
5 days ago it was just a small pumb and since yesterday it spreaded like crazy

some are like “pimples” but some areas just have a white coat, random shape

Hi, I’m sorry, I agree with your doctors… it does look like a mild outbreak to me. I hope he swabbed you to confirm.

that white spot looks like lichen but im not sure are they like ulcers?

update, it ended up being a severe case of candida. Im better now with new pills

hi, did you have any other symptoms besides these white spots? did they scab or flake at all? any pain or itchiness? I’m dealing with something similar and trying to figure it out. I’ve had a negative swab test and waiting on blood work
