I have had all your symptoms plus several more. It began in my twenties suddenly. Dizziness, weakness, blurred vision, muscle twitches, numbness, shortness of breath. I thought I had a serious condition. All tests normal. How could they be normal I thought. But then I realized I I have had anxiety for years so after a long time of it, the body cannot take anymore and has a break down in the form of symptoms.
Your tests were normal. You are healthy. But your body is telling you that there’s too much anxiety.
You are not going to die. Anxiety causes fear and panic but you don’t have to let it control you.
Have you heard of Mindfulness? There are many great meditations on you tube for anxiety that completely calm down your anxiety and symptoms.
For tight chest, search for Mindfulness breathing Guided meditation 10 minutes. It will get your breathing under control and you will feel so much calmer.
The symptoms are not the problem. Unmanaged anxiety is the problem and that causes symptoms.
So, do things that relax you.
Get counseling if anxiety is hard to manage.
Exercise
Listen to anxiety and stress meditations
Eat healthy
Do the breathing technique you learned on the meditation at the first indication of anxiety
Stay active
ANY SYMPTOMS RELATED TO ANXIETY CANNOT HURT YOU. THEY FEEL WEIRD AND SCARY BUT THAT’S ALL THEY CAN DO.
BE DETERMINED TO BE IN CHARGE, NOT FEAR.
YOU ARE GOING TO BE FINE.
Just to let you know, I am now in my fifties and doing well after all those symptoms I had. They did no harm to me. I am living proof that the symptoms don’t hurt you.
The doctors are right, you are fine. You just need some support managing your anxiety.
