Doctors unsure but been experiencing hepatic symptoms, what to do?

short version: 36 year old woman with what seems like alcoholic liver cirrhosis or liver “c” although praying for something less advanced:
symptoms:
dry mouth
dizziness
heart palpitations
random muscle twitching
easy bruising
weight loss/muscle loss
fatigue
stool not solid over 2+weeks.

any insight would be greatly appreciated. thank you so much.

test taken: mri, ultrasound with doppler, 2 fibroscans, ct scan. shows liver lesions but they say are benign . however I still something is going on beyond them.

If all those tests didn’t catch the big “C” then rest assured it’s something else going on or ur ongoing stress. I’m sure ur blood work would have caught something.
