ok so I'm uncircumcised and I heard you can get infections from not having proper hygiene. the other day I masterbated and didn't clean right away when I pulled my foreskin back there were red blotches and dots. the dots dont seem to hurt uzze anything. no white heads but the penis is red. it happen to me before but idk what it could be .
