i have prescription glasses on but i just wonder whether anxiety affects my eyesight because i noticed that there are times when my eyesight is better and there are also times when they get really blurred or is that how astigmatism usually works?
both anxiety and astigmatism can cause blurry vision. vision can also change on its own overtime, so make sure you go to your regular eye exam appointments . I noticed that when I am more anxious, sometimes my vision can get a little blurry. That’s because anxiety even affects tiny nerves throughout the body, even the eyes.
and another thing that can cause blurry vision is too much screen time. It’s hard on the eyes
I have the same issues, blurriness and astigmatism. My vision changes and I have no idea why. I am a bit older, so it was suggested it’s menopause.
