I have indigestion and walking balance problems does it related to anxiety , every time my eyes feels heavy and i can't concentrate any thing so friends i am alone in this problems or any one else have same please help me
Anxiety can definitely make digestion worse. I had gastritis in January and I am sure that my stress over my entire life contributed greatly to that. Stress and anxiety can cause so many symptoms including walking balance problems, gastritis, ulcers, symptoms of the neurologic system and many many more. When I was younger in my 20s, I was terribly constipated for a couple of weeks! An x-ray confirmed that and I know that anxiety can do that. For now, try eating low or no acid foods, caffeine, carbonated beverages, red meat, chocolate and most dairy . I started eating roasted vegetables and salads with healthy spinach, Romain lettuce, avocado and lean
chicken .
Another thing to do is lower your stress levels by getting some exercise, eating healthy, listening to great meditations for anxiety, etc. on YouTube.
when you build up your immune system these ways, you can better fight off stress and anxiety. Hope you feel better
You are not alone. So many people have anxiety. It is not a new condition. It was probably called hysteria, or nervous condition before. If there is a group of people, you can bet someone has some form of anxiety. So many stars have it. Some how they found ways to work through it ' As you will. I am sure you heard of the Fight or flight system we have in our bodies. When we feel we are in danger whether real or in our thoughts , pour bodies go into a fight or flight mode. If we were sleeping and an intruder woke us up, we would tense up, our heart would race, we would breath rapidly, etc. The same when we put a scary thought in our head. Our body does not know if it is real or not it just reacts. We get up to fast so we are dizzy. We tell our selves omg I am dizzy, I am going to pass out. Boom our body follows....we are in danger.....so our heart starts pounding, we breath faster...causing less air into our brains...making us even dizzier and "off balance: or trouble walking Our stomach get all tense ....now we have stomach problems. That is the cycle. The Anxiety/Panic attack cycle.
