wondering if any of this needs attention by a doctor... very worried
What you have circled on the left of photo 1 could be the sign of an infection within the skin, or potentially a normal bodily wart developing. It could also be that you have simply irritated a Fordyce Spot by scratching at it for example.
I would treat this by placing a dab from a fingertip of undiluted LIQUID antiseptic on it 3 or 4 times a day for 3 or 4 days and see if it clears a potential infection - if that it what it is the bump will disappear within 4 or 5 days.
If it is something like a wart it will not change - see what it is like after 3 weeks and if no change you could get it checked by a doctor or dermatologist
Unless you are having regular unprotected sex there is no cause for concern, and certainly this does not look like anything STD / STI related

Dab a little LIQUID antiseptic on this 3 or 4 times a day for 3 days and it should heal - it looks most like a pimple or other blockage of the skin that has become infected …
it popped yesterday the doctor swabbed for hsv so im really scared but the pus was white/yellow its now just a red bump that hasnt really subsided.

What did the doctor advise?
he honestly didn’t say much at all it could be an inflamed hair follicle or something of the likes but yeah i really didnt trust his word as he did not seem to care.
do you think it looks like herpes?
its now just got like a red head and not much else it doesnt hurt either
When it is like this I would alternate between using the liquid and a cream antiseptic - if you think you have been at risk of something like herpes the only way to be sure is to get tested for it
