Hi everyone, been off ativan for over 3 months now, no insomia , no anxiety but lately i have noticed every time im on my period or im ovulating i tend to fell anxious, i feel like i will die or something sigh anyone experienced these ? chest pains as well

The same here. Ovulation time and some days (even a week before) before my period I feel super anxious. It has been like that since I was in my 20’s (I am 41 now) but my gyn didn’t care. I also have a lot of anxiety about food and I eat A LOT!
Yes many women experience anxiety around their period..I’m 51 and my GYN said that anxiety is very real at this stage-- some doctors dismiss it. I think it’s the drop in estrogen.
