Recently I've been seeing a ton of drinks that are supposed to relieve stress, mellow you out, calm you, etc. Some of the ones I'm referring to are Bliss, Bob Marleys tea, and the hot teas.. Has anyone ever tried these? I'm nervous about drinking them depending on the amount of sugar in them. Anyone know some very very low sugar and no caffeine ones that actually work?
Many love the chamomile tea if that helps. Iw ould btiher with anything mixed or with a lot of ingredients to easy to pop an allergic reaction.

I drink Chamomile tea, it's not great tasting, but it does help me relax and sleep.There's another called kava or something, but that's been banned here in Ireland and the U.K because it may cause organ damage/failure, but I'm not sure. I think best to stay with the chamomile
Somtimes I drink Camomile, berry and Green tea.
We went abroad and I found mint tea was very refreashing

Chamomile tea made from the flowers does it for me. It's actually used as a sedative.
