ive been struggling with overwhelming fatigue for a month now. every single day i wake up no matter how long ive slept and after about 2 hours i feel as though i havent slept in days. my eyes get heavy i get pressure in my head but i just slept all night. sometimes my energy level is below rock bottom it makes everything even more difficult to do. even taking a shower seems like a lot of work to me its so exhausting. crazy thing is thats me during the daytime. i always get more energy or feel more awake during the evening/nightime. idk what to do doctors says everythings normal but this has been an everyday thing for me now and its just too much.
hi im like this all the time too the only time it stops is if im really distracted by something it isnt easy to feel distracted tho when your constantly thinking about how you and your body feels. your not alone tho xxx
This was 12 years ago for me.
Took many years to acknowledge that it is not normal.
I call it Chronic Fatigue. CFS/ME
Look it it in the forum.
Also, I call it lack of energy.
Try this. On the day you don’t have anything to do, rest until your eyes stay open without having to force them.
I think by evening, you just getting used to being up. Think of it as slowly awaking.
good luck
