I notice that My neck and my face feel really messed up.... I'm not sure if it is tension or posture that is causing this... its kinda scary and I'm not sure exactly whats going on.... eyes feel weird also... I'm new to this whole Anxiety nightmare and don't know a lot about it yet

Do you find yourself tensing up in the shoulder area a lot?? Like you don't even know your doing it sorta thing?

A lot of the time the muscle tension won't go away because your anxiety causes you to over breath. This causes your muscles to take in too much oxygen...don't worry this won't hurt you. You need to tighten the muscles in the area it feels tense hold for 5 seconds a release. It's called progressive muscle relaxation...exercise won't get the excess air out of your muscles...only doing PMR will...trust me I've had it and it works.
