Herpes ulcers usually hurt to touch. If you have a lesion and are concerned, even though it doesn't hurt, go get it swab tested asap for greatest accuracy. The longer you wait, the less accurate the swab test will be (false negative more likely, even if it is herpes). The swab test is better than any of the blood tests.
I got swab test when I have open ulcer, does it consider as late?
How long had you had the ulcer at the time? Any signs of healing?
2-3 weeks, it started inflammation after i took the antibiotic that prescribed by doc and now it is healing. i got it swabbed when it stop inflammation.
You had it swabbed after it had been there for a full 2-3 weeks? If so, yes, that is rather late and the results may be less accurate/reliable. First couple of days are best, maybe up to a week.
Syphilis starts with an open sore or ulser which is painless then it goes away... I am not saying it is Syphilis but from what you are writing it kind of sounds like it may be...
Other conditions can cause ulcers. Syphilis is not encountered very often these days, and when it is, tends to be within the MSM community. Don't freak the poor guy out!

Mine heal eithin a week without any oral medication and on 2 weeks it comes back with inflammation after I had the antibiotics from doc , then I went for swab test aftet a week I take the antibiotics.
What does your doctor think it is, out of interest?
test report with igm weak reactive, first doctor asks me to ignore becsuse igm isnt acurate. second doctor seen the report with igm weak reactive and mske big fuss, said i hsve herpes.

Your first doctor is more sensible, although if he agrees that IgM is unreliable, then why did he order the test, lol? So, if not herpes, what did the first doctor think it is?
I found out i have ulcer after receievd aggrisive anal sex and the first doc was not the one who ordered the test, they sent me to him(skin specialist) after the report came out eith weak reactive. do you ever seen a herpes case with painless ulcer before?
If an actual ulcer (open sore) due to herpes, it would normally feel sore. Some of the lesser skin presentations of herpes might be painless, but yours is an actual ulcer. If you are an MSM (can't remember if you mentioned that before), then actually you should test for syphilis, although the latency period between the ulcer reappearing is not normally so brief, if I'm not mistaken.
Got tested for Syphilis on the 5th day after I found ulcers and came back with negative. is it too esrly to get tested on 5th day?
I am only familiar with the blood tests for syphilis (no idea if they swab for it), and you need to ideally wait at least 4-6 weeks post-exposure for the TPHA and VDRL tests (yes, there are two types of blood test; it's confusing), retesting at 3 months for complete assurance.
