Does anyone experience tingling from anxiety ?

trying to was my worry but I keep getting tingling from arm and leg area on the left side .

tingling is a very common side effect of anxiety. You can get it anywhere on the body. Some people get it in the scalp and it feels like something crawling around but it's actually tiny nerves underneath the scalp that are tingling .

I have had that on and off for many years and basically just ignore it because I know it's from anxiety. Any symptoms you get related to anxiety can never hurt you. They just feel weird and annoying.

I always recommend a yearly physical with your doctor.

as long as you don't have any other symptoms you should be fine.

I have pain too, the tingling feels similar to a trapped nerve I had a while back, thank you for response ps the pain is at random it's not in the areas where I get tingling.

Yes, I experienced this ALOT in the beggining of my anxiety.

Yes I had nerve pain alot also different areas. You get it because your nerves are out of whack ... it happens. My foot nerve felt like it was tender to touch for a while... just healing slowly

I get a tingling hand sometimes with anxiety. It's quite common. Stay positive

I get the same thing, in my forearms and bottom parts of my legs, along with in my face. Havnt figured out how to make it go away except to wait it out.

Hi there

Tingling is just another physical sensation caused by anxiety. I feel bit of tingling in my feet every now and then. I try to sort of accept it as any other bodily sensation. I read it somewhere that anxiety mainly draws power from fight or flight response. We should rather float and accept anxiety as any other physical ailment.

Take care
