I'll Keep it simple,
Wether I have a short half an hour nap, or 8 hours decent sleep every single morning I wake up feeling like Rubbish. Wake up and heart is pounding, feel dissorientated and feel like I've had a terrible nights sleep. Had this constantly for months (along with other symptoms).

Yeah thats normal with anxiety. I get it it the middle of the night too. Waking up feeling as if i ran a mile. You kinda gotta just tell yourself it was a bad dream and breathe your way back to sleep.
If you get it when you wake up in the morning itll only last for about 15mins and gone. Hope this helps if any with knowing you arent alone.

Stay away from caffiene if you can
