Hey everyone in doing pretty good myself . I am doing a complete diet and exercise . And teaching myself about thoughts. Any exp coming over them
I’ve had thoughts of harming myself, imagining how I’d do it. I know that I never would but the thoughts creep in when the anxiety gets bad. Sounds like you’re doing the right things to get yourself back on track and the more you get out there and engage in the world the better you will start to feel. If they do continue to persist then make sure you talk to someone about it. You sound like you’re doing well, keep up the good work!
