They are painless red sores. I am in the late 20s, sexual active but married so I don't think this is an STD. I think I had something similar a while ago, maybe 3 years, and they disappeared. Now they are back. Anyone know what this can be?
Get tested to make sure its not an STD because outbreaks can happy months or years down the line and reappear over and over again if you partner does not have any symptoms i wouldnt worry but if your considered testing is a good option
My partner doesn’t have any, we only have been intimate with each other.

I think you’ll need to describe where this photo is taken from (i.e. anatomy). It is also out of focus.
