Does anyone know anything about exercise intolerance?

Hi guys a few months ago i went the gym and really pushed myself but ever since then i have had trouble recovery from exercise properly (ie sore for too long and also arms hurt way too quickly) i am getting worried could my anxiety be making this worse, discuss please?

there is some research done by dr john wemmie. some people have a harder time using lactid acid properly from what i understand. i could be completely wrong but it would be worth reading about. i know my body has a hard time recovering as well. one of the wives from that reality show DUCK DYNASTY had an article about how she really had to limit her exercise bc if something it did to her body. sorry my answers are so vague.

Have you tried BCAA powder? That has helped me in the past with faster muscle recovery.
