they look similiar to my oil glands / sebacious glands. some males and females have them more than orhers and theyre normal not std related .. but if u just got these and theyre painful and oozing then it could be something std related .
i also have the same thing but i doubt its std since i had performed oral sex with my partner & never catch hsv 1 so its harmless if it is then you need to get checked out
