Does anyone know what this could be? Is it Herpes?

I've had some itchiness the past week and noticed I cut myself at first. then I got the white spots where my hair is and at the bottom of my vaginal entrance. I try not to scratch but it gets really itchy at times and the skin seems weaker there so I get cut easily from scratching. I got an std test and it came back clean. they took a culture for herpes but i'm waiting to hear back. in the meantime, has anyone else experienced anything like this? I used nair a few weeks ago and gave myself a chemical burn on my labia but its healed a while before this started. Could it be related to that or is this something serious? It just itches a lot and my scratching causes the cuts which makes it itch even more.

Hi, do you have or had a yeast infection ? This would be the the reason why your itchy and the discharge is irritating the area where you now have lesions.

I got a full std test and tested for a yeast infection. Everything came back negative.

ok so thats good all negative on test. did you apply the hair removal on that area that is white ?

I used nair on the 6th, I don’t directly apply it to that area but it does move when I stand up straight to wait for it to remove the hair.

ok that makes sense, does it look like its healing or getting worse ? how is your discharge ? are you having a lot more and is it staying in that area where its white for a long period of time ? its hard fir the cuts to heal if its constantly moist. you can apply a cream to create s barrier like aquaphor.

it seems like its getting better. the discharge is white and pretty wet at times. But it isnt spreading at all. I havent wanted to add any creams because I didnt want to cause further irritation given the cuts are open. I considered putting lotion on there but a lot of my lotions are perfumed.

wet and runny like egg yolkish right ? if it is thats ok. aquaphor is not like a lotion or moisturizer. it actually seals the area that you applied it to like vaseline would do. It is worth looking in to if you feel the area is to moist and not healing fast enough you can try and it should help.
