Red spots and rashes formed around the shin and calf. Itches a little bit but not too bad. There was a couple pustules with a clear liquid in. I treated with an antiseptic cream. Here is a picture of what it looks like.

No, just the one leg. It has been like this for about 2 days now.
This may be cellulitis and if so you may need oral antibiotics from your doctor.I certainly would recommend you see a professional. Your leg looks a bit puffy above the lesions which may be the reason. If neglected this can spread and become quite serious so do see your doctor. You should keep your leg raised as high as possible. Keep the area clean. the cream you are using may not be of any help. Dont pick at the lesions.
