u should see a doctor and get tested cos it could be yes they look to be oozing fluid and look wet

not always , but sometimes . they usually appear as fluid filled blister like structures that burst , and crust over leaving a scab like ulcer. They can be itchy or feel tingly. As kim said i would get those swabbed asap .

any sores that appear on the tip of the penis needs to be swabbed specially if they are oozing like that as it could be herpes it could also be something else until u get tested u wont know

its better to know as its contagious if it is an u can pass it onto other people ur best off getting tested
