Does anyone's symptoms ease with specific food?

Hi, I am thinking that as of tomorrow I am going to watch what I eat and see if my anxiety is worse depending on what I eat and try and change my diet.

Has anyone found that specific foods trigger their anxiety or a specific diet helps relieve symptoms?

Hey absolutely cut out all kinds of sugar caffeine one of my triggers believe it or not is dairy products and I love cheese also make sure you get lots of protein and things that have b vitamins in them definitely anything with potassium magnesium really does help

I suppose if something does not suit you it will upset your tummy.

Ginger helps dizziness. Need to eat about an inch a day for that. Sometimes i just juice it and mix it with celery and an apple in the juicer. Holy sweet basil..half a a cup chopped helps the nerves as well. High magnessium potassium foods. Bananas, avacodoes and  kale..etc..papaya and sweet potatoes for the gut  are very good too. 

Bad is a personal thing really. Youll know if you feel off after. Caffiene can be an issue for anxiety suffers. Im very careful with caffiene and chocolate..even the dark chocolate cocao  ones
