Hi I have just started taking hrt patches the combined ones. Since going through the menopause I have suffered from muscle pain in my neck and shoulders. I am hoping that if my hormones are level it will help. Does anyone else have muscle pain.
Yes muscle and joint pain. Its like soreness. I can go and go and then when I ride in a vehicle or sit down suddenly I am stiff as a board. And I am a walker. I am always active. Its hormones.
hi shirly yes im the same neck and shoulders. shoulders are really bad. im on hrt conti patches been on them nearly 2 and a half years. they have helped with everything but this xx
