i constantly think that everything is just created by my mind and its only my own universe which makes me anxious and trapped .
That is correct , I experienced the same until I learned to take control and dismiss anthoughts creating anxiety.
There are some self help programs out there that works better than drugs because they give you a permanent solution
Can you explain a bit more? Do you mean that you feel that all your anxieties / worries are just in your mind and not real?
i get tis scary thoughts that all me expiriences and thoughts are just in my own mini universe and no one will know how i feel its hard to explain properly.
