Ok everyone, I don't know if I'm being paranoid or not but I am really driving myself crazy about this.
While taking a shower today I felt a lump right under my collarbone and it hurt a little when I touched it. This is something new that I have never noticed before. Additionally, I have been having rib pain mostly on the left and sometimes on the right. The rib pain started within the past week.
What could be causing this lump? Is it possible it's a hernia moving through my chest?
Never experienced lump as you describe with acid reflux. It would be helpful to see your doctor if this persists and becomes painful. It may be a cyst or bone spur just a guess, really not sure about the rib pain. Usually in my experience it can be many things. To put your mind at ease make a appt with your doctor. I hope you find relief soon.

I've never heard of lumps related to acid reflux, but yes definitely the under ribs pain, which can be on either side, go to your gp and have lump seen to, are you on any ppi for reflux?

i discouverd a lump in my left breast area and had it checked as it was sore when touched. It turned out to be a lipoma which is just a benign fatty tumor and nothing to worry about. Get your checked.
