i have some other symptoms too. Aching back, irritated round my genitals, penis glans are blotchy and not right, especially when erect.
Also sore round my butt hole and potentially a couple of cuts?

The ONLY way you are going to be clear in your mind that you do not have an STD / STI issue is to go to a Sexual Health / STI Clinic and get them to do a visual check and carry out the appropriate tests if required

Never been so disappointed with a service from
NHS as have with this. I feel that i could work at a GUM clinkc, they dint do anything. I could run tests and take a look and tell you how to resolve. Its when the symptoms are more hidden they dont care. Something has changed massivley. My GP refused to refer me to any one as in my head apparently.

yep i know this, but as i have no proper herpes sores to swob im sort of stuck.

I have been to the GUM, seen GPs and currently working with a urologist. The urologist has given me 4 weeks doxy which doesnt appear to be doing anything.

The NHS only test for syphlis, hiv, chlmydia and gonerreha (all negative). I have requested they do blood for herpes but declined for reasons i understand.

I have paid privatley for tests, various creams and currently going private with urologist and gastro specialist to get this resolved. I have also ordered a herpes blood test online to see if i can rule this out.

My life has been massivley impacted by what is going on and i dont know how to resolve what is going on, hence why i am reaching out to the community.

Glans are the main issues and sore anus. My glans are irritated and red, dry and bumpy mainly when erect or after. This is changeable but constant. I see many forums on here with glans issues from
OWO. I see you comment alot on peoples posts so sure you have seen this.

I have herpes symptoms but not standard. I dont see what else it can be.
