Does medicine help?

If I do have MS, will the medicine they give for it help take away the symptoms? Or what exactly does it do?

Will I have a chance at my life going back to normal?

Thank u.

Generally any meds you might be offered are prescribed in the hope of slowing down the progression of the condition, only, rather than reversing it.

Ohh ok. Thank you.

I meant more so like dizziness and brain fog. Are those also irreversible?

Should it turn out that you have MS, the commonest 'type' is relapsing/remitting. When in remission, the body does at least partially recover. The possibility of having ways to deal with the condition is so much better now than ever before, so, nowadays there's reason for hope.
