It could be ovulatory discharge, which is typically clear and odourless; and when you try pulling it apart the mucus clings to your fingers as a fine long string. This is known as ‘spinnbarkheit’ (German). Thrush would usually be associated with itching and also some vulval and vaginal swelling/irritation. If you don’t have any of these symptoms, then it’s likely to be just ovulatory.
