Hi I have been experiencing appendages around my penis for about 7-8 months .. but maybe there were some before ... in this 7-8 months neither grew nor disappeared and have no pain. Do you think these are natural or need treatment?

looks like a normal glans to me, I cant see anything abnormal there at all
