are the bumps inside fordyce spots and does the bump in red circle look like a skin tag - my doctor said it is and brushed it off when i asked so I’m not sure. Thanks in advance

Thank you for replying Kim, much appreciated. I think the bumps inside are fordcye spots from what I’ve seen and read online but I’m a bit worried about the skin tag - I have had it since February and my doctor just brushed it off when i asked and im worried if its a wart or not. Do you know?
it dont look like a wart i have one the same on my neck and was told it was a skin tag they wont remove it the others are fordyce spots alot of ppl have those
