Does the residual dizziness go away from vestibular neuritis? Does the residual go away from vestibular neuritis over four months ago but I’m finding I’m a bit dizzy all the time and my vision is off specially in big stores where there’s lots of lights. I’m doing a fairly aggressive rehabilitation. Doesn’t residual dizziness and symptoms go away?
