Does these look like cold sores

so i been getting a bumps like this on my face but this one really close to my mouth and is acting like a pimple so i been putting tea tree oil on it and its been drying out could it be a cold sore..

just a cold sore. abreva works really well. expensive tube for such a little amount. but it will clear it right up.
