this bump showed up recently and idk if its serious or not its a little bit raised but ive always had it but it hasnt stuck out much like this. its hard to get what im talking about in picture form but it looks dry and feels kinda rough and smooth at the same time? idk if its cuz of the uti i have or something else if someone could help me out thatd be great
it looks like the rest of the skin of my tip but its just raised a little bit and ive had this for a very long time so im not sure if its normal or not or maybe just dry on that area?

I’ve got quite similar-looking symptoms since July 9. I’ve been to a few doctors and have taken ceftrialoxone, azythromiacin, and doxycycline. Now am trying diflucan for suspected yeast. It looks like some other guys have been on here with similar ongoing issues, and several have been cured. I will post here when I learn anything new, because we are better off pooling together info!!!
I think more testing is a good idea, ex swabs, biopsy, culture etc. but it can be a challenge convincing doctors to order tests.
Mycoplasma genitalium is a newer STD that is slow growing, elusive to test (often doesn’t show up in cultures), and resists many antibiotics so is might be worth testing for specifically at a private service if our doctors won’t order it.
