I recently got a bikini wax and then two days later the white spots appeared. I am not sure if its due to irritation, burn from the wax or something else.

I did get tested. Negative for chlamydia, gonorrhea and trich but I am still waiting for the herpes results. Do the attached white spots in the picture look identifiable to anyone? I am on pins and needles just waiting.
