i have an itchiness in my foreskin and ball sack for about 2,3 weeks now. now it has got some tiny cracks on skin and feels like burning most of the times. And dry skin gets off from the foreskin as well. ( dry skin getting off from foreskin happened around an year ago as well) something moisture comes out from cracks in ball sack and get a bad smell after few hours. last year i got 102 for ALT/SGPT where the reference range is 16-63. can this have any link for my current situation? To whom should i show this and get treatments? Dermatologist or a Urologist or a sexual wellness specialist? Thank You
