an article about vulvar melanoma has sent me into a health anxiety spiral after i noticed this mole(?) while shaving last week. i haven’t noticed it before but i had never really been searching down there either.
i am 27 and do have a lot of freckles/moles, even some that look like that. i’m hoping its been there forever and i just noticed it now, but it really is stressing me out 
Looks totally OK. especially as you say you have a lot of moles.If it doesnt itch, bleed, become crusty or raised, and doesnt become larger then just forget about it.
I joined this site for a similar reason… because I became aware of a mole/freckle/birth mark near the base of my penis. It turned out to be nothing.
It looks like your other freckles are similar in appearance. I would rest easy.
