I think i may have an anal fissure. When i wipe my anus theres brown discharge that smells like feces. it itches a little after a long day
when you use the bathroom if its not the most painful thing you have ever experienced in your life its probably not an anal fissure. anal fissures feel like you are passing broken glass. looks like some sort of tag to me or a hemorrhoid thats not causing you too serious of a problem. the itching can be from not cleaning yourself properly down there id suggest some tucks or preperation h wipes to help with itching and to better clean the area. the discharge is another story and you probably should talk to your dr about it though nothing looks inflamed or infected so it may just also be a result of not being able to clean properly due to the excess skin thats protruding.
You have a sentinel pile, a skin tag that should get checked. It might be due to anal fissure, but it’s hard to tell.
