I've had this for a week after a period and wearing a pad. I suspected herpes so I got tested and it came back negative. The bumps are painless, do not itch, and do not burn. I haven't ever noticed any of them around my opening. Two nurses agreed it didn't look like herpes, but instead razor burn of folliculitis. It can't be razor burn because I do not shave.
Try any antifungal ointment.
If no improvement, You should get it checked.
