Does this look like genital herpes or am I jumping to conclusions

I first noticed these blisters yesterday, there was a small cluster of them and itched but only slightly. The blisters grew overnight (became more full) but throughout the day they have slowly gotten smaller.

I have had the same sexual partner for the past 4 years and have never experienced this before.

I traveled to South Africa last week for work and am on my own here and was wondering if I could have possible picked up the infection through touching something dirty e.g. Door handle, dirty towel etc.

It doesn't hurt to urinate and the blisters are not sore. If I touch them it's like I'm pressing a bruise (a very small one at that).

Does anyone know how I add a photo?

I don't it's hard to say. Best thing to do is get a culture for accurate results. Blood tests might be accurate because it's not fully in your system
