Does this look like herpes? Or infected razor burn?

I had just shaven and had a bit of irritation, like razor burn feeling. My boyfriend and I had sex the same day as me shaving and he gave me oral sex for quite a long time and I remember feeling his facial hair scratching me a bit. Does this look like herpes or maybe just infected hair follicles? Do herpes sores usually have hair in them?

I think i see a sore by the lip so maybe just go get it swab ?

Go get that looked at as soon as possible. I am not a doctor, but those don’t look like razor burn.

Let us know how it goes in the Doc,
They dont look like razor burns at all and if he went down on you it may be HSV1 but please get it tested!!
