This past weekend I engaged in unprotected sex with a girl I know (stupid of me). She claimed to be clean but I developed a rash on my scrotum 38 hours later. The rash is red with small darker red circles. I can't tell if this is the early stage of my first breakout or something else. In general my entire scrotum is dry and flaky seeming. I should note that I was also in hot weather and tight pants for an extended amount of time this weekend, so I'm hoping that this is just a jock rash of some sort.
The rash itches and has burned a bit, but I don't have any flu-like symptoms and peeing doesn't hurt. I've attached pics below so please let me know what you think. I'm planning on seeing a doctor, but can't for a few more days.
