I had unprotected oral sex with a woman that stated that she did not have any STD's. She appeared not to be in multiple sexual relationships.
10 years ago, I was diagnosed with Herpes - I advised her of this and at time that we met I did not have any symptoms.
We were together 4 times and decided not to continue for other reasons.
1 month after we stopped, I developed a line of "little pimples" under head of my penis. I think it is a new, worse breakout of Herpes. But wondering if this looks like Syphilis?

I am adding one additional pic of underside just to be sure...Thank you for your thoughts
Thank you very much for your reply. I really appreciate it :)

What Kim is saying is what you have present on your penis is a natural part of your penis, for some men these a very distinct, yours are relatively undeveloped .....
Hello again - thank you very much for your Second Opinion. It definitely helps.
Hopefully this helps others as well.
As a side point, I knew I should not have had unprotected sex with someone. This experience will help me to behave better.
Thanks again :)
9/27/19 FINAL UPDATE on this:
I am pleased to report that the mystery is solved:
Male Genital Yeast Infection, aka Jock Itch, aka Ringworm
My female partner has diabetes and has persistent yeast infections as a result. This outbreak appeared roughly 4 days after having unprotected sex with her (we have sex approximately once every 3 months) - I applied generic brand anti fungal liquid: Undecylenic acid, Isopropyl Palmitate 2x daily and after 3rd day it totally cleared up.
