Does this look like herpes?

It has been three months since I was in a protected risky encounter with an escort. A condom was used the entire time. Condom during b******b too.

In the days to weeks that followed I had burning, itching, and a few bumps appear around my anus. Different doctors ruled out any STDs through tests and adviced it was anxiety. Especially, considering nothing touched my anus during the encounter. Was also advised it would likely have developed around my scrotum or penis as the "first breakout" if I had HSV. I chose to believe that at the time and left it alone. Symptomps, pain, itching, etc. slowy subsided and the anus bumps/bleeding healed.

As a precaution, I took an HSV type specific serologic blood test at 1 week, 4 weeks and 8 weeks. All came back negative for HSV2. I was positive for HSV1 with all of them, which I was aware of.

In the last few days, I developed red bumps all over my buttocks and outer thighs on both sides. It is somewhat itchy at times and a little painful to sit or when rubbed. They started with a small white dot that seems to have gotten bigger on some. I am not sure if there is fluid underneath and I do not want to pop them in fear of spreading whatever this is.

I took some pictures of some of the more visible ones on my outer thigh. Do the red bumps look like herpes?
