i had yeast infection symptoms so i took two courses of flucanazole which cleared up the itching and discharge. A fews days after taking the medicine i noticed this. It doesnt hurt but when i pee it hurts when it touches it. My bf is positive for HSV1 but has never has a cold sore. Would it still be possible to contract through oral sex if he has no symptoms?
its still possible to contract it u should get it swabbed to be on the ssfe side

difficult to say the picture is not all that great but given the fact u had oral sex your boyfriend has it then that needs ruling out
Looks kind of like a herpes ulcer. HSV1 (cold sores) are the milder form, so that could be why you only have 1 or 2 sore,s and looks and sounds milder than typical HSV2 outbreaks. That’s if it is herpes, and it’s hard to say with this pic. Go see a doctor to get a more solid diagnoses.
