I also had just been treating thrush, could it be part of that?
hi its difficult to say because the photo is out of focus and at a far distant. can you take a close up photo of the specific area that is in focus. tip* use the rear camera with flash on.

I am 18 years old and having same issue. I have tiny little red dots without any pain. I am not had sex ever in my entire life. Please help me. It gets not pain. But when wash with soup little tiny dots get little much bloody. They are only symptoms but doesnt have any pain. Do you?
it can be herpes by the look of it but it can also be something else. i would recommend you to get it swab before it heal to make sure.
how long ago have you notice those types of bumps?
