A guy that I’ve been hooking up with recently came back in town and for lack of a better phrase we were having a ton of sex in the span of about 3 days. (Just to add the last time we had sex was really uncomfortable for me) A couple days after i left his place, I noticed it stung when I peed so i checked it out and saw a couple of ulcers. I dont know if its herpes, an infection, or friction from having rough sex. I got swabbed yesterday and im awaiting results. This really sucks as I also started my period the same day I noticed the ulcers 
the ulcers are also painful! i cant figure out how to upload a picture because it says the file size is too big…the ulcers kinda look like canker sores
