Hello, I'm going to see a doctor to get a professional opinion on this, but I have anxiety about it. Do these look like genital warts on the head of my penis? ( on the top left of my head, there is some dried toilet paper )
I don't really have any itching or discomfort from what I've highlighted. I feel like in the past I've had an incident with my zipper and the head of penis and I'm curious if this could possibly be a form of scar tissue?
This isn't something that has popped up recently, I have anxiety and I've been thinking more about it and am trying to seek out some opinions.

mate..relax…looks normal, definitely not warts, and not even balantis (bumps on head could be balantis in general), that’s what normal urethra openings look like. if you still have anxiety you should know that a therapeutic HPV vaccine is in phase 3 human trials and really promising, also another stage 1 human trial started in the UK and belgium this year, so HPV might be cured in 2 years with this vaccine for those that their immune system doesn’t clear the virus.! but again, you don’t have warts image
