Not really rough but noticably a different texture than my skin. They feel like bumps.

I have warts and i do think these look kind of like the warts i get between my vagina and anus but im not 100% sure

Yes I got tested and it came back negative! When I got checked she said it just looked like dry skin anyways.

Thanks! My gynocologist did my pap smear and also tested for HPV with the same sample in the Pap.

I would just like to say i have never had a pap smear and was told i have hpv. no gynecologist will give me a pap until im 21 but also the types of HPV tested for on paps are different from the ones that cause warts. I was also misdiagnosed at first and told i did not have warts when i in fact did. Not saying your doctor is incorrect just warning people who may read this to be aware
